Q/ Can I use the JLiveChat on all my websites?

A/ Yes you are free to publish the Chat Module or Chat Code to any website.

Q/ What Support do I get?

A/ We will provide the infrastructure, server support and will keep this service running smoothly for you. However we do not offer support integrating the chat module or using LiveChat. Sorry but we operate this at a discounted price to cover hosting costs. If you require User support please contact sales (via the contact us link above) and we will provide a quote for this.

Q/ Can I use JLiveChat on a non-Joomla website?

A/ Yes, you can use this on any website. Simply signup to an account in the welcome email there will be you account name. Simply add the code below to your website. (Ensure the <ACCOUNTNAME> is changed to your account name).

Q/ Is LiveChat Secure?

A/ Yes, all livechat communications are provided via SSL

Q/ Is my Chat Data private? will other LiveChat users see this?

A/ Yes it is private and your data is not shared with anyone.

Q/ Is the system Backed up are my Chat Transcripts and Settings Safe?

A/ Yes the system is backed up and we endevour to maintain a consistent service. However in the event of system failure or loss of accounts Transcripts Logs will not be restored and personal settings may need to be restored by users of the system.

Q/ Is the LiveChat on my Website Branded in anyway?

A/ Yes there is a very small logo just on the chat popup window that says powered by jlivechat.com but this is very small.

Q/ Can I cancel my subscription without penalty?

A/ Yes, we take all payments for subscriptions on a monthly basis. If you cancel we will not refund the remaining part of the months charge. But the following month will not be billed.

Q/ Do you have a demo version?

A/ Sorry no, at only €3 (Euros) per month, just give it a try and cancel if you don't like it.

Q/ My Subscription has expired and my account has been blocked can I renew and re-activate my account?

A/ Accounts are automatically deleted when a subscription expires, you may renew your account at any time.
